Surf Dad are George & Dec, they breathe the salt air in Barwon Heads but you’ll also find them in the big smoke. Inspired by the likes of The Streets, Four Tet, and Floating Points they’ve created a unique lo-fi sound that is reminiscent of the early sound of UK Garage but with their own unique almost pop-like influences.

The EP was recorded in their family home earlier this year and includes the vocals of 90’s dub techno mainstay, Natisha Sands. If you are in the know you may know her as DJ Lovepump. If you are in Surf Dad, you would know her as Mum.

“The fact that they’ve been able to foster this amount of talent at such a young age makes me feel like shit.”

Acid Stag

“It’s almost impossible to not get lost in this track”

Adam Not Eve

“(the Unholy EP) features unique lo-fi styling, pulsating beats, and reverberating vocal samples that Surf Dad are going to be renowned for one day.”
